MyHappyDough is provided by Engaged ApS (Danish company reg. no. (CVR) 45866025), Julivænget 7, DK-6000 Kolding, Denmark ("we"). These terms apply when you use the MyHappyDough app and service. By creating an account you accept them. Questions? Write to sebastian@engaged.dk.
You must be at least 13, provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You own your recipes, photos and posts. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store and display the content in the app — including when you choose to share it publicly (e.g. shared recipe links and community posts).
When you share content in the community you allow other users to view it and to save shared recipes into their own collection. You can delete your content at any time.
You may not share unlawful, offensive, hateful or misleading content, impersonate others, or abuse the service (e.g. spam or attempts to circumvent security).
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for users who harass others. We remove content that is hateful, threatening, sexually abusive, unlawful or otherwise objectionable — and we close the accounts behind it.
You can report any post or comment straight from the "…" menu in the app, and you can block another baker so the two of you no longer see each other. Reported content disappears for you immediately, and is hidden from everyone automatically once several people have reported it independently. We review reports and remove objectionable content and the users responsible within 24 hours.
The app also filters the most severe slurs and threats automatically before they can be posted. If you are unsure, or it is urgent, write to sebastian@engaged.dk.

The app is provided "as is". We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access.
Recipes and advice in the app — including the Bread Doctor's suggestions — are guidance only. Baking, food handling and oven use are at your own risk.
You can delete your account in the app at any time, ending the agreement. We may close the service or your access in case of material breaches.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. The terms are governed by Danish law.
